Last updated: August 2026 Welcome to PINK CITY INSIDER. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pink City News mobile application (the "App"), operated by Pink City News. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and earn or withdraw coins on Pink City News. Guest browsing does not require account creation but does not earn coins. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person may not maintain more than one account. Creating duplicate accounts — including on the same device — to abuse referral rewards, scratch cards, or any earning feature is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of coins. 3. COINS AND REWARDS Coins earned within the App (through reading articles, daily scratch cards, referrals, and other in-app activities) have no cash value outside the App and are not a currency, security, or financial instrument. Coins may be redeemed for real-world value (UPI transfer, mobile recharge, or similar) only through the App's official withdrawal process, subject to minimum thresholds and eligibility rules disclosed within the App. Coin values, reward rates, referral bonuses, and withdrawal thresholds are set by Pink City News and may be changed at any time, with changes reflected in the App. We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim coins credited due to fraud, technical error, or violation of these Terms. 4. REFERRAL PROGRAM Referral rewards are earned only for direct, one-level referrals — the person you personally invite. Rewards do not extend to referrals made by people you referred (no multi-level structure exists in this program). Referral fraud, including self-referral via duplicate accounts, will result in forfeiture of the associated reward and may result in account suspension. Any promotional draws or milestone rewards run within the App are governed by their own Official Rules, published within the App, and are paid exclusively in coins — never in cash or physical prizes — unless explicitly and separately stated in writing by PINK CITY INSIDER. 5. WITHDRAWALS Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum balance thresholds, daily and monthly limits, and eligibility conditions (such as minimum referral activity) as disclosed within the App at the time of your request. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to prevent fraud. 6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to: - Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referral systems - Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the App - Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App's coin or reward systems - Submit false or misleading news tips (if this feature is enabled) - Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users - Use the App for any unlawful purpose Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of coin balance. 7. CONTENT News content displayed in the App is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Pink City News does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content and is not liable for decisions made based on it. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Pink City News name, logo, and app design are the property of Pink City News. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute App content without permission. 9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink City News shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of coins due to technical issues, beyond the value of coins directly affected. 11. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting pinkcityapp@gmail.com. 12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 14.
