Delete your Pink City News account
You can also delete your account directly inside the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. That path is instant and does not require admin review. Use this form if you no longer have access to the app.
What happens when your account is deleted:
- • Your name, phone number, email, and profile information are permanently erased.
- • Your saved events, RSVPs, and reading history are deleted.
- • If you have an active Insider membership, it will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period — no future charges will occur.
- • Your coin balance and any pending withdrawal will be forfeited.
- • Billing and financial transaction records may be retained anonymously as required by law. They will not contain your name, phone, or email after deletion.
Requests submitted here are reviewed manually and processed within 7 business days. You will not receive a confirmation email unless additional verification is needed.
